About Custom Industrial Brush

The customization process of industrial brushes usually includes the following steps:
1. Application and Problem Review
Tell us where the brush will be installed, what material it will contact and what result you need. Information about the machine, working direction, speed, temperature, wet or dry conditions and the current problem helps us understand the application.

2. Brush Specification Confirmation
We confirm the required brush type, outside diameter, working length, core or backing dimensions, shaft or bore size, mounting method, filament material, filament diameter, trim length and fill density.

3. Design Proposal and Quotation
After reviewing the application and specifications, we prepare the recommended brush structure and quotation. Key dimensions, materials, order quantity and inspection requirements should be confirmed before sample production.

4. Sample Production and Testing
When a sample is required, it is produced according to the confirmed specifications. The sample can be tested for installation fit, brush contact, cleaning or polishing performance, wear and operating stability.

5. Design Adjustment and Approval
If the sample does not fully meet the application requirements, the dimensions, filament, density, trim length or mounting structure can be adjusted. Batch production begins after the final design is approved.

6. Batch Production and Quality Inspection
Production follows the approved specifications. Finished custom industrial brushes are checked against the agreed dimensions, materials, appearance and functional requirements before packing and delivery.
